Paola Baharav is a Transformational Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Mindfulness Teacher  dedicated to empowering women to reconnect with themselves, heal from within, and reclaim the life they’re truly meant to live. With a background in holistic psychology, mindfulness, education, and behavior analysis, she blends science-backed tools with soulful practices to guide profound self-connection and lasting transformation.

Through her signature Reclaim You Method™, Paola has helped countless women heal, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change from the inside out. Her coaching approach integrates holistic and neuroplasticity-based practices, supporting women in rewiring old patterns and building emotional safety within themselves.

As the creator of the Self-Connection Retreat, Paola brings more than a decade of experience guiding women through emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and inner transformation. This retreat is designed to be nurturing, grounding, and transformational. You can expect a mix of guided workshops, movement practices (like yoga and hiking), mindfulness, rest, and meaningful connection with other like-minded women. You’ll be supported every step of the way, no prior experience is needed, just an open heart and willingness to reconnect with yourself.

Do I need to be experienced in yoga or meditation?

Not at all. All practices are designed to be accessible and gentle, whether you’re brand new or have experience. You’ll be guided with care and invited
to participate at your own pace.

Will I have free time during the retreat?

Yes. While there is a thoughtfully curated schedule, you'll also have time to rest, reflect, explore the gorgeous and charming town of New Hope,
or simply enjoy quiet moments to yourself.

What’s the cancellation policy?

All payments made toward the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy is essential as funds are allocated in advance to secure key elements of the retreat, including property bookings, private chef, meals, and logistics.
