These Retreat Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all participants registering for any in-person retreat, workshop, or live event (“Retreat”) hosted by Paola Baharav Transformational Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By registering for a Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

All Retreats are intended for adults 18 years of age or older.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Nature of the Retreat

Retreats are offered for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health care.

Participation may include mindfulness practices, group discussions, gentle movement or yoga, breathwork, journaling, and self-reflective exercises. Participation in all activities is voluntary.

3. Registration & Payment Options

Registration is confirmed only after full payment or deposit is received.

Available payment options may include:

• Pay in Full

• Early Bird Pay in Full (limited availability and/or limited time)

• Deposit to Reserve Your Spot

Payment plans are not offered.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

4. Early Bird Terms

Early Bird pricing is available only for the limited number of spots and/or time period stated on the Retreat sales page.

Early Bird pricing is not retroactive and cannot be applied to past purchases.

Once Early Bird spots are sold out or the deadline passes, pricing returns to the regular rate.

Early Bird pricing is valid for pay-in-full registrations only, unless otherwise stated.

5. Deposit Terms

If a deposit option is offered:

• The deposit secure your spot at the retreat.

• Deposits and full payments are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least sixty (60) days prior to the retreat start date. After that time, all payments are non-refundable due to advance retreat expenses.

• The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated on the sales page (e.g., March 18, 2026).

• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your registration, forfeiture of your deposit, and release of your spot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full Refund Window:
  You may cancel your Retreat registration up to sixty (60) days prior to the Retreat start date to receive a full refund of all amounts paid, minus any non-refundable processing fees (if applicable).

• No Refund Period:
  Cancellations made fewer than sixty (60) days before the Retreat start date are non-refundable.
  This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflicts.

• No Exceptions:
  After the 60-day deadline, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to be considered valid.

7. Transfers (At Company Discretion)

At our discretion, you may request to transfer your registration to another person if:

• The request is made in writing by the stated transfer deadline

• The replacement participant completes all required forms

• The Retreat is not sold out and venue policies allow the transfer

Approval of transfers is not guaranteed and is subject to Company approval.

8. Retreat Cancellation or Changes by the Company

If the Company must cancel the Retreat for any reason, you will receive:

• A full refund of all amounts paid, processed within fifteen (15) days from the date of cancellation, or

• The option to apply your payment toward a future Retreat or program.

The Company is not responsible for personal travel expenses, accommodations, or other costs incurred by participants.

If the Retreat must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather, venue issues, or emergencies), you will be offered the option to transfer to the new dates or apply your payment as a credit.

9. No-Shows & Early Departure

If you do not attend the Retreat, arrive late, or leave early for any reason, no refunds or credits will be provided.

10. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the Retreat

• You will participate only in activities that feel safe and appropriate for you

• You will seek professional medical or mental health care if needed

• You understand that Retreats do not include medical care, psychotherapy, or crisis intervention.

Travel & Insurance Recommendation

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the Retreat location. We strongly recommend that participants obtain travel and medical insurance that covers personal injury, illness, emergency medical care, trip cancellation, and travel-related disruptions.

Paola Baharav Transformational Coaching LLC is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or expenses incurred outside the Retreat experience.

11. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Retreat, including physical, emotional, or psychological responses.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, you release and hold harmless Paola Baharav, Paola Baharav Transformational Coaching LLC, The Connected Women™, Connected Within™, and all associated staff and contractors from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

12. Photography & Media

By participating in the Retreat, you may be photographed or recorded for educational or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing prior to the Retreat.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
