Terms & Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking to our retreat. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.

These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC, and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein.

The contract and booking are made with, and services will be provided by Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC. By booking this (Self-Connection Retreat) retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy, and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.

PAYMENTS

Payment Policy:

To secure your booking, full payment is required per participant at the time of registration, along with the submission of our online booking form.
This payment secures your spot for the retreat and includes non-refundable costs, such as accommodations and event planning.

Payments are refundable up to 40 days prior to the retreat start date. After that point (beginning on day 41), all payments become non-refundable.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept this payment and refund policy.

Payments are made directly through Paola Baharav – Transformational Coaching LLC.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy:

If you cancel 40 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable starting 41 days prior to the retreat.
All payments are non-refundable after 41 days before the retreat start date.

Payment Methods: Payment can be made with all major credit cards.

REFUND / CANCELLATION

Written Notice Required: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) and will only be considered valid once acknowledged by Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC in writing (via email).

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy helps sustain the quality and viability of the retreat, as many expenses are incurred in advance to secure location, accommodation, and service.

We encourage our clients to thoughtfully consider their plans and commitments before booking. Our team is committed to providing a transformative retreat experience and is here to address any questions you may have regarding our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION OF A RETREAT BY Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC

Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC reserves the right to cancel the retreat (Self-Connection) for any reason, but will not cancel the retreat less than 30 days before the retreat start date except for unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC's control. When a retreat is canceled by Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC before the agreed date of departure, the Client can either:

Transfer their deposit to another retreat taking place within one calendar year, or

Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract.

Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking.

AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials.

You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to the (973) 520-3870. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?

Though Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE

Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC recommends Clients obtain travel medical insurance that covers personal injury and emergency medical expenses, including but not limited to, helicopter evacuation, air ambulance, and repatriation.

It is strongly recommended the coverage be extended to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience occurring during travel.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients acknowledge that travel can present certain risks, dangers, and physical challenges beyond those encountered in daily life. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health and fitness for the retreat.

SUPPLIERS & INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Some services provided by Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC may be arranged through independent suppliers. While we strive to select reputable partners, Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC is not responsible for the performance of third-party services.

SAFETY & TRIP ENJOYMENT

Clients must comply with all rules and regulations imposed by Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC and its guides. Any Client who poses a risk to themselves, others, or the environment may be removed from the retreat without a refund.

HEALTH & FITNESS

Some retreats may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC of any relevant health issues in advance.

PHOTOS, VIDEO, AND CONTENT CREATION

By attending a retreat, Clients grant Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC permission to use any photos or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

RETREAT ITINERARY CHANGES

Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC reserves the right to alter retreat itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather, safety concerns, or external conditions beyond our control.

LIABILITY

Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained by Clients due to unforeseen events, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

Clients acknowledge the inherent risks involved in travel and retreat participation, which may include physical activity, emotional exploration, and exposure to natural elements or third-party services. By booking and attending this retreat, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and fully release and discharge Paola Baharav – Transformational Coaching LLC, its agents, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or connected with your participation in the retreat, including travel to and from the location.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Paola Baharav - Transformational Coaching LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest terms before booking.
